Excess contributes to the industrial revolution in clean energies. Our technological solutions in the area of renewable energies allows for improved techniques for increasing the reliability of geotechnical site investigations for building offshore windfarm structures. We are involved in some projects aiming to improve the efficiency of seabed investigations for offshore windfarms:
Development of a fully automated tool for seabed investigations for offshore windfarms
Development of the first versatile umbilical tool for 3000 m water depth, efficiently obtaining seabed data

Excess Engineering has set the goal of No Environmental Spill, and has put great effort into Research & Development activities. We have developed unique solutions which we believe is the Missing Link for emission-free construction machinery with improved efficiency and no need for hydraulic oil, and thus no oil spills and related environmental issues.
